The DCA Frozen Fries Index provides an indication of the price of frozen fries by taking into account key factors. These factors include sunflower oil, gas, and processing potatoes, which are priced based on the DCA Spot Price (DCA-SF) and the weighted average contract prices from major producers.

The index is available in three versions:

  • 70/30 Index: 70% contract prices, 30% open market prices
  • Fastfood Index: 100% based on contract prices, tailored for the fast-food sector
  • Open Market Index: Fully based on open market prices, without contracts
