Dairy market slightly down with increasing supply

The dairy market feels a slight decline in the week after Easter due to a combination of slightly weaker demand after the holidays and an increasing supply. Especially from Ireland, the availability of products is quickly increasing, initially of skim milk concentrate, but also other products such as butter and cheese are in the pipeline. Supply from the United Kingdom and France is also rapidly increasing, especially of cheap skim milk concentrate.
