Baywa finds new buyer for trader Cefetra

The German Baywa has found a new buyer for its subsidiary Cefetra, it reports. It concerns a group of investors, but it does not specify who they are. This group wants to pay approximately the same price as First Dutch would have done earlier, but wants to transfer the money in two installments.
