DCA benchmarks: Liquids commentary week 9

While dairy products such as cheese and butter continue to increase in value, liquid dairy prices (with the exception of cream) are declining. Milk availability in Northwest Europe remains high, resulting in weak demand for products such as raw milk and skimmed milk concentrate.
