DCA Benchmarks: Dairy Proteins commentary week 16

The market for high protein dairy is kind of stabilising. The benchmark for WPC80 is even a bit lower this week than it was last week. this doesn't say all, but it does show that the big upward steps from February and March are behind us, for now.
