Global Dairy Trade gives mixed signals

This week’s GDT auction gives mixed signals. The index is higher again after a declining trend last time, however the average sale price has fallen. Milk fat continues to fall in price, mozzarella is more expensive again and milk powders also show a gain with supply once again limited.
