French fries remain the world’s favourite potato product by a wide margin, according to McCain Foods’ newly released “Spud Report”, based on a survey of more than 12,000 consumers across 11 countries. The findings underline the continued global strength of processed potato demand — and highlight how deeply fries are embedded in modern food culture.
