The market for high-protein whey products appears slightly weaker this week compared with last week, particularly in the case of WPC80. In reality, the market is currently experiencing minor fluctuations while remaining at a high price level. There also seem to be fewer large-volume transactions taking place at present, with pricing increasingly being driven by smaller deals.
