Plenty of movement on a seemingly flat GDT

This week’s GDT dairy auction looks like a flat and weak trading event. Because, what does an index with a plus of 0.1% compared with the previous auction, which suddenly showed a plus of 1.5%, really say? Appearances can be deceptive, however.
