Saudi BinDawood buys E-Piim factory

The Saudi retail group BinDawood is buying the bankrupt estate of the Estonian cheese maker E-Piim for €132.5 million. The auction of the company took place at the end of last week. The bankruptcy of E-Piim took place last year and was filed by the cooperative behind the company.
