Who are we?
DCA Market Intelligence provides price and market information for entrepreneurs in the Food and Agri sector. We distribute this information through Boerenbusiness.nl, Foodbusiness.nl, DCAmarketIntelligence.com, and Farmerbusiness.com. We do everything in-house: we develop our websites and tools ourselves, have our own sales and marketing team, a team of market experts, and customer service. With this relatively small team, you know all your colleagues and the lines of communication are short. This way, we have maximum influence on the results.
What will you be doing?
You will work closely with colleagues from Marketing and Customer Service. Actively maintaining contact with (potential) customers and ensuring upselling are among your most important tasks. You can explain to the customer like no other why our market information is essential and you see commercial opportunities. In doing so, you reach out to customers to understand their needs and respond directly. This way, you ensure happy customers who also remain customers.
Listening and asking questions are essential to understanding customer needs. Clear communication and keeping your promises are very important in this. Therefore, you know how to come across professionally both orally, by phone, and in writing. Are you looking for a position with freedom, where you are responsible for your own success?
