Germany is allowed to export beef to Japan again

The Japanese Ministry of Agriculture announced this week that German exporters are again allowed to export beef to the Asian country. The import ban that was imposed in January of this year due to an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease on a farm with buffaloes has now been lifted.
