Easter pauses the pig and pork markets

As Easter preparations have come to an end, the piglet and pork markets have shown little to no movement and are now searching for a new direction. Weather conditions after Easter being favourable or not for outdoor grilling throughout Europe will determine where prices will be heading towards and whether demand will rise or not.
